Ekwynox House is a small home for Disadvantage Adults who are unable to live alone yet are seeking community placement versus nursing home/skilled care. Also accepted is Advanced Age (60+years), adults who have mild to moderate mental disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, as well as adults who are Developmentally Disable and adults with Alzheimer’s/Dementia Diseases. Clients accepted into Ekwynox House may be able to ambulate with or without assistance. Ekwynox House is a traditional Adult Family Home that provides supervision/physically assist with ADLs, medication administration, nutritious meal/snacks, courteous/friendly staff, safety and healthcare monitoring and referrals to behavioral health providers as needed.
